Terms of sale

Terms of Sale

Last Updated: September 7, 2026

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of logo design and branding services made through VertexLogo.com. By placing an order with VertexLogo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Our Services

VertexLogo provides professional digital logo design and branding services for businesses, entrepreneurs, startups, creators, and organizations.

Each service or package includes specific deliverables, features, and revision options as described on the applicable product page at the time of purchase.

Please carefully review the package details before completing your purchase.

2. Placing an Order

To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information during checkout.

After your purchase, we may request additional information needed to begin your project, such as:

  • Business or brand name
  • Business description
  • Industry
  • Preferred design style
  • Color preferences
  • Design references
  • Creative direction
  • Other relevant branding information

We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or missing information provided by the customer.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed on VertexLogo.com in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices, packages, services, or promotions at any time.

Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully completed and paid for.

4. Payment

Payment must be successfully completed before work begins unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed upon in writing.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Your use of a payment provider may also be subject to that provider’s terms and policies.

By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Order Confirmation

After successfully placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email.

Receiving an order confirmation means that your order has been received. It does not necessarily mean that your project has already entered the design stage.

If we are unable to fulfill an order for a legitimate reason, we may contact you regarding the order and, where appropriate, provide a refund.

6. Design Process

Once payment has been confirmed and the necessary project information has been received, our design team will begin working on your project.

Our designers use the information and creative direction provided by you to develop a logo concept that reflects your business and intended visual identity.

Because logo design is a creative process, the final result may differ from references or examples provided by the customer.

7. Revisions

Revision availability depends on the specific package purchased.

Included revisions are intended to refine the selected design based on reasonable customer feedback.

A revision request that substantially changes the original concept or requires a completely new direction may be considered additional work.

Additional revisions or services outside the purchased package may require an additional fee.

8. Customer Feedback

Customers are responsible for reviewing design concepts and providing clear feedback.

To keep the project moving efficiently, we recommend providing consolidated feedback whenever possible.

Delays in responding to design communications may extend the estimated project timeline.

9. Delivery of Final Files

All standard VertexLogo logo design services are delivered digitally.

Final approved files will generally be delivered through email or another digital delivery method provided by VertexLogo.

Depending on the package purchased, final files may include formats such as PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, or other specified formats.

No physical products are included unless specifically stated in the product description.

10. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are displayed on the relevant product or service page when applicable.

These times are estimates unless a specific delivery timeframe has been expressly guaranteed.

Delivery may take longer when additional revisions are requested, customer feedback is delayed, required information is missing, or the original project scope changes.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our services involve customized creative work, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the stage of the project.

If a cancellation request is received before creative work begins, we may be able to issue a refund where applicable.

Once substantial design work has started or concepts have been delivered, a refund may not be available because resources and creative time have already been committed to the project.

Refund requests should be submitted through our customer-support channels.

All refund decisions remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms of Sale is intended to remove or restrict mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Final Approval

Once you approve a final logo concept and the final files are delivered, the order will generally be considered completed.

Any requests for substantial changes after final approval may be treated as a new design request and may require an additional fee.

13. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and delivery of the final approved design, the customer receives the applicable rights to use the final logo design, subject to any limitations or third-party licensing requirements communicated with the order.

Unused concepts, rejected concepts, drafts, sketches, and alternative designs remain the property of VertexLogo unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party fonts, stock graphics, icons, or other licensed materials may be subject to separate licensing terms.

14. Trademark Registration

VertexLogo does not guarantee that any logo created for a customer will be eligible for trademark registration.

A design may contain elements that are common within a particular industry or may resemble existing visual identities.

Customers are responsible for conducting appropriate trademark searches and determining whether they wish to register their logo.

We recommend obtaining professional legal advice if trademark registration is important to your business.

15. Customer-Provided Materials

If you provide us with images, names, slogans, graphics, trademarks, fonts, or other materials, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use them.

You agree not to provide materials that knowingly infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of third parties.

16. Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, VertexLogo may display completed logo designs in our portfolio, website, social media, advertisements, case studies, and promotional materials.

If you require confidentiality or do not want your final design used for promotional purposes, please contact us before the project is completed.

17. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers, discounts, coupon codes, and special pricing may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts.

VertexLogo reserves the right to modify or end promotional offers at any time, subject to applicable law.

18. Fraud and Suspicious Transactions

We reserve the right to review, delay, cancel, or refuse an order if we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payment activity, abuse, or other unlawful behavior.

If an order is canceled for these reasons, we may take appropriate action regarding the associated payment.

19. Errors in Pricing or Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and other information on our website are accurate.

If an obvious pricing or information error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, contact affected customers before fulfilling the order.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VertexLogo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of our services.

Our total liability relating to a specific order will generally not exceed the amount paid for that order, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time.

The latest version will always be published on this page with the corresponding “Last Updated” date.

By placing a new order after an updated version has been published, you agree to the Terms of Sale applicable at the time of your purchase.

22. Contact Us

If you have questions about an order, payment, delivery, refund, or these Terms of Sale, please contact VertexLogo through the contact information available on our website.
